Hello! I'm José Luis

I have always liked video games, especially to play with my friends and siblings. I keep in my best memories when we would get out of school and the weekend would come and spend the day playing games.

Thanks to friends who work in the sector, I discovered my passion for videogame development. My biggest dream is to make people feel the same way, whether they are playing with friends or on their own. Before I started my career making video games, I had been working in another industry, but I felt that these jobs were not what I would like to do in my future.

Once I switched to game development, I had to learn everything from scratch, how to use the Unity engine, how to use its physics, every component of the engine from scratch. However, I know that this is my place and I am very happy about this change. I'm always making new games or prototypes to improve my knowledge, my skills, to test new features of Unity.

I am learning how to make a better architecture, how to decouple classes and make them maintainable using SOLID, and how to make the desired features in the best way.

I have worked for two years at Killbug's Studio as a programmer developing the Rise of Dominance PMV and the Beach Café saga from its inception to its release on different platforms (Steam, Nintendo Switch and Android).
